I put one agent on one job: research, build, support and sales, or operations.
I did not stay loyal to one stack. LangGraph for one job, Claude for another, YourGPT where it fit, and models I built myself in Python when nothing off the shelf did the work. The tool changes. The job does not.
That agent gets the tools the job needs, a stop if it wanders, and a score before anyone depends on it.
